Retainer Agreement
The retainer agreement is a contract between the client and ABT Legal, summarizing the services to be rendered by ABT Legal and the fees required to be paid by the client. Once written into and signed, it is intended to serve as a legally binding contract. Payment from the client is due prior to services being rendered, unless otherwise noted. Once the performance of legal services has begun, the contract may no longer be rescinded and full payment would be due.
Response Time
ABT Legal agrees to make a reasonable effort, in good faith, to respond to client inquiries within 2 business days under normal operating conditions. Response times may be longer in extenuating circumstances such as office closures, bad weather, planned or unplanned time off, emergencies, etc.
